The CleanroomSystems AdvancAir® ECU is a completely
prefabricated environment control unit. It utilizes
computerized controls, DX or chilled water cooling, electric
reheating and ultrasonic humidification. AdvancAirs are
capable of controlling plus or minus 1.0% relative humidity
and plus or minus 0.08 degrees Fahrenheit temperature.
