(TES, Inc.) has specialized in bringing Ionization, Soft Wall Clean Rooms, Modular Clean Rooms, Aerosol Particle Counters, Liquid Particle Counters, HEPA Filters, Fan Filter Modules, Clean Room Curtains, Pass Thrus, and Clean Room Lighting to the market place throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. Soft Wall and Modular Clean Rooms are a good way for “start ups” and other time and cost conscious companies to get a controlled environment both quickly and at a low initial investment, often with the use of Fan Filter Modules to move and filter the air. Regardless of what the Soft Wall clean room or Modular Clean Room may have been constructed for, the overall effectiveness of the room is often enhanced by the application of ionization. Ionization, when properly specified and applied, limits charges within the controlled environment so that both Electrostatic Attraction (ESA) and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) do not degrade the processes taking place within the room. After the room has been completed the performance of the room must be verified with the use of an Aerosol Particle counter, and if liquids are involved in the process the use of a liquid particle counter is a must. Aerosol Particle Counters and Liquid Particle Counters have developed over the last several decades into being very reliable environmental and process monitors.
